Every marketing email we send identifies us as the sender, includes our physical postal address, and includes a working unsubscribe link. If you unsubscribe from one brand's list, you will continue to receive email from any other brand you opted into unless you unsubscribe from each one.

If you unsubscribe from all of our lists, we retain a suppression record (a hashed version of your email / phone) to honor your opt-out. Regardless of where you live, you can unsubscribe from any email via the link in that email, or from SMS by replying STOP, at any time.
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. By submitting the signup form, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, contact us immediately at privacy@rattpack.club and we will delete it.
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect the information you share with us (encryption in transit via HTTPS, encrypted secrets for API keys, access controls on our serverless infrastructure). No system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our infrastructure is hosted in the United States. If you access the service from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US, where privacy laws may differ.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent update. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the site.
