Terms of Service

Effective: April 15, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Logic, Paradise Records Film, and Rattpack (collectively, "we", "us", "Rattpack Fan Club") that governs your access to and use of this website, including any related services, features, and content (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. If you are under 13, do not use the Service.

3. What the Service Is

The Service provides information about Logic, Paradise Records Film, and the Rattpack fan community, and lets fans sign up to receive updates, participate in setlist curation, and access exclusive content.

4. Your Account and Submissions

• You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use any content, feedback, or suggestions you submit (such as setlist votes or notes) for the purposes of operating and improving the Service.
• We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these Terms, submits fraudulent information, or abuses the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information (e.g. signing up using someone else's name, email, or phone number)
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to interact with the Service
• Attempt to bypass security measures, access controls, or gate pages
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or illegal content
• Infringe any intellectual property or privacy right
• Harass, threaten, or harm any other user, artist, or rightsholder

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including logos, artwork, photography, lyrics, audio, video, and written copy — is the property of Rattpack Fan Club, the artists, or their respective rightsholders and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party providers (for example, Laylo for email/SMS delivery). Their use of your information is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, but we select our providers carefully.

8. Promotions, Merchandise, and Events

Any contests, giveaways, setlist voting, or promotional offers on the Service may be subject to additional rules that we'll make available at the time of the promotion. Those additional rules are part of these Terms for the relevant promotion.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or always available.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rattpack Fan Club and its owners, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed fifty US dollars ($50) or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rattpack Fan Club from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any third-party right.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [GOVERNING STATE — e.g. California], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

13. Binding Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS or the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in [ARBITRATION VENUE — e.g. Los Angeles County, California], under their consumer rules. You waive any right to bring or participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative action. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual-property infringement.

You may opt out of this arbitration clause by sending written notice to legal@rattpack.club within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason (including violation of these Terms). Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law, arbitration) will survive.
